Chef Roland's culinary journey has taken him across Europe, Asia and North America, instilling in him a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and flavours. From a young age, Roland developed a passion for cooking, inspired by his mother and grandmother. His determination to learn from the best lead him to work at multiple Michelin star restaurants in Paris and London, until his culinary journey took him to Singapore to work at the prestigious Marina Bay Sands. Roland's return home to Canada found his talents at Toronto's acclaimed establishments, and now to the city's dining room, REIGN.

Roland is excited to bring his experience and creativity to the table. Inspired by French techniques and influenced by Canadian ingredients, he has created a menu that showcases his passion for game, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. With a focus on sustainability and a dedication to crafting enticing and satisfying dishes, Chef Roland is set to elevate the dining experience at REIGN to new heights.
